Shipping Costs
All purchases are prepared and packed by hand, so it may take up to five days for us to get yours ready to dispatch. We send our items via Royal Mail and charge for the largest item in your order:

Returns Policy
We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Custom orders and gift cards are not eligible for returns.
Please get in touch via email to start the returns process. Once your return is received and checked, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and that your refund or exchange is being processed.
Please send returns to Moth & Magpie, Unit 52, Stirling Enterprise Park, FK7 7RP. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
Sustainability Statement
When choosing materials, we’ll always go for the most eco-friendly option. For example, we use a coconut soy wax blend. Coconut is a renewable and high yield crop and does not contribute to deforestation. Our business cards are printed on 100% recycled paper.
We also make deliberate choices when it comes to our suppliers, and we always opt to support smaller local companies over corporations. A vast majority of the supplies we use are from Candle Shack, a family owned business which is just down the road from us.
All of our packaging is recyclable, including our water-activated packing tape, to produce the minimum amount of waste we can. We also reuse as much packaging as possible - your order will usually be packed with paper we reuse from supply deliveries.
We know that sustainability is an ongoing process, and we’re always on the lookout for ways we can improve. If you have any suggestions for us, please let us know!
